Himachal Pradesh Minister Vikramaditya Singh has condemned the BJP MLA Ketki Singh's controversial statement urging Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to either ban the entry of Muslims into medical colleges or create a separate block for Hindus.
