Indian stock markets opened on a strong note on Tuesday, tracking positive global cues after former U.S. President Donald Trump decided to pause tariff imposition for a month. Investors reacted positively to the development, leading to gains across major indices.

The Indian stock market opened with minor gains, tracking positive global cues on Tuesday. The BSE Sensex opened in green at 80730.50, up 65.66 or 0.08 per cent while Nifty opened with a gain of 29.20 or 0.12 per cent up at 24615.90.
Bank Nifty opened in green territory with an increase of 704 points or 1.35 per cent at 52 872.30 whereas the Nifty Midcap opened at 56149.90, an up of 295.20 or 0.53 per cent increase.
The Sensex, the benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), surged 345.94 points, opening at 72,635.24, while the Nifty, representing the National Stock Exchange (NSE), rose 27.65 points, starting at 21,985.15.
Indian stock markets opened in green on Tuesday's trading session. Sensex opened at 73,971.45 gaining 322.83 points and 0.44 per cent while the Nifty opened at 22,426.45 gaining 90.05 points, which is 0.4 per cent gain buoyed by positive global cues.
BSE 30-share Sensex went up 123 points to settle at 62,969.13 and NSE Nifty surged 32 points and ended at 18,633.85 on Tuesday. According to data, about 1,640 shares advanced, 1,766 shares declined, and 112 shares unchanged.
