A merchant vessel, MV Chem Pluto, in the Arabian Sea caught fire after a suspected drone attack at 217 nautical miles off Porbandar coast on Saturday, defence officials said.

The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Gujarat Police have arrested four persons, including a foreign national, associated with an international terrorist organisation from Gujarat's coastal town of Porbandar, sources said on Saturday.
A special team of the ATS had been active for the past few days for special operations in Porbandar and surrounding areas. "During their operations, the ATS detained four people including a foreign national associated with the terrorist organization," sources said today.
The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) Ship Ankit undertook a medical evacuation of a foreign national from the Arabian Sea on Monday. The patient was safely brought to Porbandar and shifted to Government Hospital at Porbandar and then to Rajkot.
