Congress candidate from New Delhi Assembly Constituency, Sandeep Dikshit on Saturday alleged that Athe am Aadmi Party-led Delhi Government has done nothing to resolve the issue of pollution in the national capital.
It was argued by Advocate Sumit Gehlot that over-flooding occurred in the whole Gurugram area in August 2022 and the problem arose in the STP due to the heavy rainfall and not because of any default on the part of his client.
The order reads, "AQI of Delhi has been continuously improving and has been recorded as 'VervPoor' on l7.Ol.2025, which is about 61 AQI points below the benchmark as directed for by the Hon'ble Supreme Court for invoking Stage-III."
"Putting money into people's pockets is not exactly welfare, welfare is helping people as per their needs... The people of Delhi already know that if they vote for AAP, they will get 2100, if they vote for Congress they will get 2500, if they vote for BJP they will get 2500," Dikshit said
