Clash broke out between Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party workers during the polling of the phase 5 of the Lok Sabha Elections in Mumbai on Monday, officials said.
Samajwadi Party chief and candidate from Kannauj Lok Sabha seat, Akhilesh Yadav on Monday asserted that the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections are to protect the Constitution adding that the BJP will yearn for even 140 seats in this polls.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi is frustrated with the support that the Congress is getting in the polls. They (BJP) have no records of the work and development that they have done in the last 10 years. They are trying to contest the election on religious grounds," Devender Yadav told ANI.
