Union Minister of State for Electronics Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Monday hit back at Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's jibe for his "appeasement politics" remarks over blasts a day ago in Kochi and said that to "accuse him of being communal is to be a liar".
