Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu while presiding over the Monday meeting of administrative secretaries here today said that more than 65,000 mutation cases have been disposed of till now, said an official statement from Government of Himachal.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday instructed officials to settle the pending revenue cases of mutation, partition and demarcation of land by January 20, 2024.
"Every revenue officer, right from Naib Tehsildar to Divisional Commissioner should hear and resolve the pending revenue cases on a daily basis and ensure their timely disposal and this will also be reflected in the ACR of all the concerned officers and officials," said Sukhu.
There has been a significant increase in the disposal of pending revenue cases in Uttar Pradesh since Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reprimanded Revenue Department officials for negligence last month, state government said on Thursday.
