A verbal compaint was received at Delhi's Mayur Vihar police station on Wednesday by the father of the victim alleging that his minor daughter was sexually assaulted by his neighbour. A case has been registerd under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.
The Delhi High Court is scheduled to pass judgment on Thursday on confirmation of the death penalty awarded to Ariz Khan. Ariz Khan was convicted by the Saket District Court for the murder of Delhi Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma.
