Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha on Thursday accused Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of "gifting" the water of Godavari River to Andhra Pradesh, during a meeting with CM Chandrababu Naidu and Union Jal Shakti Minister C R Patil.
