In the wake of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms that struck the national capital in the early hours of Sunday, Delhi Airport issued a passenger advisory at 06:50 am on Sunday.
Delhi International Airport issued a passenger advisory on Friday, citing potential flight delays due to shifting wind patterns in the airport's vicinity.
The Delhi Airport, considering the situation, issued a passenger advisory in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, requesting the passengers to contact their concerned airlines for updated flight information before travelling.
"While landing and takeoffs continue at Delhi Airport, flights that are not CAT III compliant may get affected. Passengers are requested to contact the airline concerned for updated flight information. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted," the advisory said.
As dense fog conditions prevailed in the national capital on Friday, Indira Gandhi International Airport issued an advisory informing that flight operations at the airport may be affected today due to the fog.
