A Mumbai-based advocate, Asim Sarode has said that charges framed against the accused involved in parliament security breach case are wrong and he will be providing legal aid to the accused, Amol Shinde, who originally hails from Latur district of Maharashtra.
The Special Cell of Delhi Police, conducting an investigation into the Parliament security breach case, has detained two more people following their suspected association with five arrested in the case.
Lalit Jha, the fifth accused and mastermind in Parliament security breach case, has burned the mobile phones of his associates along with his friend Mahesh after fleeing to Rajasthan's Kuchaman, said police sources.
The accused, Lalit Jha who had been absconding in the matter was arrested from Delhi. He is alleged to be the mastermind behind the entire conspiracy in the Parliament Security breach case.
The accused Lalit Jha who is currently absconding in the Parliament Security breach case was last traced in Rajasthan's Nimrana, police sources said on Thursday.
