Several opposition parliamentarians staged a protest in front of the Gandhi Statue inside Parliament premises on Friday, demanding action against BJP MP Pratap Simha in connection with the security breach incident.
A Mumbai-based advocate, Asim Sarode has said that charges framed against the accused involved in parliament security breach case are wrong and he will be providing legal aid to the accused, Amol Shinde, who originally hails from Latur district of Maharashtra.

The opposition MPs were demanding a statement in the House on Prime Minister Narednra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the Parliament security breach incident.
"Lalit Jha reached Nagaur in Rajasthan by bus. There he met his two friends and spent the night in a hotel. When he realized that the police were searching for him, he came back to Delhi by bus," the Delhi Police said according to a preliminary investigation.
"The Ghazipur Parliamentary Constituency shall not be notified for bye-election, in terms of Section 151 of the RPA, till the decision of the Appellant's criminal appeal by the High Court," the court said.
