This comes after Suman sparked controversy with his statement on Rana Sanga, a 16th-century Rajput king, calling him a "traitor" for allegedly bringing Babur, the founder of the Mughal dynasty, to defeat Ibrahim Lodi.

BJP MP Jagadambika Pal accused the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) of misleading minorities and Muslims over the Waqf Amendment Bill, ahead of its introduction. AIMPLB announced a nationwide agitation against the bill, claiming it harms Muslim interests.
"All India Muslim Personal Law Board, AIMIM, Muslim League, all these leaders are now worried that poor Muslims may shift towards BJP, and hence they are giving a false narrative and provoking innocent and poor Muslims," Rao said while talking to ANI.
