Pakistan police baton-charged the people protesting against increasing cases of enforced disappearances of Baloch people on the main Mauripur road in Karachi, according to the organisers, reported Dawn.
The boy was arrested under Section 11 of PECA 2016, Section 7 of the ATA and Sections 295 (A) and 295 (B) of the PPC on the complaint of Dera Rahim Police Station SHO Amir Farooq.
Islamabad Police informed about the development on ‘X’ and said, “Islamabad Capital Police has arrested Ali Wazir and Iman Mazari. Both the accused were wanted by the Islamabad Police for investigation. All action will be taken in accordance with law. The news issued by the Public Relations
The Punjab police have yet again relaunched a massive crackdown on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers, claiming that the raids are being carried out for the suspects wanted for alleged involvement in May 9 violence in Pakistan, reported Dawn.
