New details have emerged in an ongoing probe into the relationship between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and former ISI Director-General Lieutenant General (retd) Faiz Hameed.
Attaullah Tarar, has said that more big fishes will be caught as the investigation will expand after the arrest of former director-general of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lieutenant General (retd) Faiz Hamid.

Further criticising a plethora of cases filed against him after the May 9 riots, Qureshi said that dozens of cases had been lodged against him within just one year. He added that he had been in politics for 40 years but not a single case was registered against him in the last 39 years.
The petition stated that Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan had been granted bail in the Toshakhana case. However, the couple was re-arrested in a new case with malicious intent.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had sought a 14-day remand for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. However, the court rejected the request and asked the anti-graft body to present the suspects on July 29.
Fearing widespread protests, the government may not hold its threat to ban the PTI but holds steadfast on its decision to challenge the Supreme Court's reserved seats ruling.
