As tensions escalate along the India-Pakistan border after the horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, residents of Tanot village in Rajasthan's Jaisalmer, located just 20 kilometres from the Line of Control (LoC), are expressing both concern and resilience.
India has imposed an immediate ban on the direct or indirect import and transit of all goods originating in or exported from Pakistan, regardless of their import status, effectively halting bilateral trade flows, according to a notification by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
"From the outside, they are the Congress Working Committee (CWC), but from the inside, they are PWC (Pakistan Working Committee)," Patra said in a press conference.
