A total of 23 people got injured after a bus carrying Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrims met with an accident in Katra's Muri area in Reasi district on Sunday, officials said.
One person was killed and 13 people were injured after a vehicle carrying Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrims overturned in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district on Sunday, officials said.
"The bus going from Bihar to Delhi via Yamuna Expressway. The bus suddenly overturned near Agra. There were 38 passengers on the bus. The incident happened at Khandauli police station and the Etmadpur border of Agra. Four people have been injured," Naib Tehsildar Ajay Kumar Sharma said.
Fifteen passengers were injured on Monday after an Uttar Pradesh roadways bus heading from Delhi to Aligarh lost its control and overturned into a drain, police said.
Passengers had a narrow escape after a double-decker-Shatabdi bus overturned on the Kanpur-Agra National Highway of Thana Sikandra area, said the police.
A few people were injured and some vehicles were damaged on Sunday evening after a crane overturned on them at the under-construction site of the Delhi-Saharanpur highway passing through North East Delhi.
