The Indian Meteorological Department issued an Orange alert on Monday in Telangana predicting light to moderate rains in most places during the next three days.
Unprecedented rains and flash floods over the last two months have thrown life out of gear in the district. The commuters are facing troubles due to the landslides, shooting stones, uprooting of trees and heavy rain. The roads are closed and are facing trouble due to the heavy rain here.&
Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in association with the Low-pressure area, heavy rainfall activity is likely to continue over Madhya Pradesh and East Rajasthan.
IMD Shimla issued the forecast at 3:00 PM today and said, "In the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of moderate rain in Bilaspur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Shimla, Sirmaur, Solan, Una, Kinnaur, Lahaul, Spiti and heavy to very heavy rain at one or two places."
