Officials of Tamil Nadu Police have booked four persons, including journalists and a Bharatiya Janata Party leader in connection with the spreading of "false" news over an attack on Bihar-based migrant labourers, creating statewide panic.
A 4-member team reached Chennai on Saturday and participated in a meeting with Chennai District Collector, Commissioner of Tamil Nadu Labour Department and other government officials in connection with the matter.
