Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav on Monday confirmed that a joint operation by the Uttar Pradesh Police and Punjab Police led to an encounter with three ISI-backed operatives of the Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh.
