The Nationalist Congress Party Sharadchandra Pawar (NCP-SP) has released their latest list of seven candidates for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections.
Nationalist Congress party (Ajit Pawar) candidate from Anushakti Nagar assembly seat, Sana Malik expressed her gratitude for being able to contest the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections and said that "we never let our family issues come in front of people."
On NCP-SP Baramati seat's candidate Yugendra Pawar's nomination and Ajit Pawar as a challenge in Baramati, NCP-SP MP Supriya Sule said that it was a good thing for the party to get rejuvenated as it would help them create a balance of new idea and deep experiences.
"This is the same Congress who keeps commenting on Shiv Sena, Sanjay Raut, they exchange candidates, change names. This boat has sunk," Shaina NC said.
At least nine people were injured following a stampede at Mumbai's Bandra railway station today. The stampede occurred due to a rush on platform number 1, where a crowd gathered for Bandra-Gorakhpur Express at Bandra Terminus station.
Samajwadi Party leader and actor Swara Bhaskar's husband Fahad Ahmad joined the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Chandra Pawar) on Sunday and was fielded from the Anushakti Nagar seat against Sana Malik of NCP (Ajit Pawar).
As per the list released, the new candidates are VijaySingh Pandit from the Gevrai constituency, Sachin Sudhakar Patil from the Phaltan, Dilipkaka Bankar from Niphad and Kashinath Daante from the Parner constituency.
" As an alliance decision to select a candidate, is always the prerogative of the leadership. Our party believes in nation first, party next and individual last," Shaina NC said.
