Delhi High Court on Wednesday granted protection from arrest (No coercive action) till May 22 to Sameer Wankhede with liberty to approach the Bombay High Court for further relief.
"Is BJP expressing gratitude to Singh for having falsely framed Anil Deshmukh in a charge which is by hearsay on account of Singh's own admission and does he even have an iota of evidence against Deshmukh," NCP Chief spokesperson Mahesh Tapase said.
"The way change happened in Karnataka, the same change can happen in Maharashtra also, it was discussed in this context," NCP Chief Spokesperson Mahesh Tapase said.
