Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Bansuri Swaraj on Friday offered prayers at Jhandewalan Temple in the national capital on the fifth day of Navratri, a festival dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga.
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Thursday took part in the Garba Festival organised at the IPS Mess in Ahmedabad and prayed to Adi Shakti Maa Amba.
The statewide cleanliness campaign was launched on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, September 17, and will continue until the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2.
