Sweden inched a step closer to joining NATO on Monday after Turkey's president Recep Tayyip Erdogan sent accession protocols to parliament, CNN reported.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday said Brussels should clear the way for Turkey's accession to the European Union before his country gives approval to Sweden's bid for NATO membership, CNN reported.
