The Supreme Court on Monday said that there is no doubt that the NEET-UG held on May 5 was compromised by a question paper leak and asked the National Testing Agency (NTA) to apprise it about the steps taken to identify the candidates who were benefited from the paper leak.
Supreme Court also directed the NTA to make full disclosure into 3 aspects -- when the leak of question papers took place, manner in which papers were leaked/disseminated, and the time duration between leak and actual conduct of exam.
The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on July 8 a batch of pleas alleging paper leak and irregularities in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Under Graduate (NEET-UG) 2024 examination held on May 5.
