In an intensified drive against international drug trafficking, Narcotics Control Bureau-Goa has busted a multi-drug cartel in Goa which spanned over two weeks and three persons including two Russians were arrested.
A Tanzanian nationality passenger was arrested by customs for allegedly carrying three Whiskey bottles with dissolved narcotics substances, said a statement by customs.
"The LG stressed upon strict enforcement on the ground to identify the hotspots of drug / narcotic sales in the Capital and take steps to prevent drug abuse, particularly among youths including school and college-going children," the press release said.
