Asha Devi, mother of Nirbhaya who was gang-raped and murdered in 2012, on Wednesday met the family of the 20-year-old women, who died after being hit by a car in the Khanjawala area of the national capital and then dragged for a few kilometres on the road.
Supreme Court judge Justice Bela M Trivedi on Wednesday recused herself from hearing pleas challenging the pre-mature release of 11 convicts, who had gang-raped Bilkis Bano and murdered her family members during the 2002 Godhra riots.

"The exact cause of the death is still unclear, but it is being suspected that he was attacked with stones since some stones have been recovered from the spot," said Bihta Police Station Chief Sanovar Khan.
