Muraleedharan is exploring new avenues of collaboration with the Southeast Asian country towards realising the Enhanced Strategic Partnership which was established during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Malaysia in 2015.
Minister of State (MoS) for External Affairs V Muraleedharan on Friday met Malaysia's Human Resources Minister V Sivakumar and they agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on opening all sectors to Indian workers in Malaysia.
"Pleased to meet YB @mkula, National Vice Chairman of Democratic Action Party and other senior members in Kuala Lumpur. Discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and people-to-people connect," the MoS tweeted on Friday.
During his visit, Muraleedharan will visit Addu City, the second largest city in Maldives where he will participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Gan International Airport, according to a ministry of external affairs.
Muraleedharan tweeted, "Pleased to have met with committee members of Malaysian Armed Forces Sikh Veterans Association (MAFSVA) in Kuala Lumpur. Appreciate their valour and courage."
A long rally that lasted three minutes was performed during the third game of the match, at that moment the scores were 16-14 in favour of the Malaysian duo.
Minister of State (MoS) for External Affairs V Muraleedharan met members of All Malaysia Malayalee Association (AMMA) in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday and lauded their role in promoting socio-cultural connect between India and Malaysia.
"Happy to meet with the ASEAN-India Business Council (AIBC)- Malaysia Chapter, headed by Chairman Dato Ramesh Kodammal in Kuala Lumpur. Complimented AIBC-Malaysia Chapter for its efforts in actively promoting the ASEAN-India trade & investment linkages," Muraleedharan tweeted.
During his visit to Malaysia, the MoS will have a private meeting with Malaysia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Datuk Mohamad bin Alamin. The Malaysian Minister of Human Resources, V Sivakumar, will also meet with the MOS.
