CPI leader D Raja on Monday raised concerns over the recent murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique and questioned the "silence" of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Speaking to ANI, CM Shinde said, "Yesterday's incident of Baba Siddique's murder is unfortunate and sad. Mumbai Police has arrested two people, one is from UP and the other from Haryana. The third accused is absconding. He will be arrested soon. They will not be spared no matter who they
"This is a sad incident; the death of a politician or anyone else is tragic. He was a famous person in Mumbai and worked for the people," Masood told ANI.
Speaking to ANI on Sunday, Nagar said, "It is the responsibility of both the party in power and the opposition to stand united when such a big incident happens. The strictest investigation and punishment, as per the Constitution, should be ensured, and I believe the government will do that."
