Mumbai police's crime branch has filed the fourth supplementary chargesheet in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack on Monday. The crime branch has named Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman Tahawwur Rana in the 405-page chargesheet.
“The Unit 9 team of the Mumbai Crime Branch has busted a drugs syndicate and recovered drugs worth more than Rs 2 crore; one drug supplier was arrested from Sewri, and another accused is absconding,” police said.
The Mumbai police said that Crime branch unit 10 will be investigating the authenticity of the video and the matter. The crime branch will be taking the help of technical experts and cyber experts to investigate the case.
The Mumbai police said that MP Sanjay Raut had made serious allegations against the Chief Minister's office, stating that dealings are going on with the criminals lodged in the jail from the CM's office.
The Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested two persons for allegedly framing actor Chrisann Pereira in a narcotics case by giving her a memento (trophy) that had drugs hidden in it and asking her to deliver it to someone in Sharjah.
