PM Modi arrived in Moscow for an official visit on Monday where he was received by Denis Manturov, the first Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation at the Vnukovo-II airport and was accorded a ceremonial welcome.

Rahul Gandhi arrived in Assam's Silchar on Monday. He will visit a relief camp at Fulertal in Assam. Thereafter, he will proceed to Manipur to visit relief camps at three different locations. He will call on the Manipur Governor this evening.
