The Arvind Kejriwal government in New Delhi is set to recommend the suspension of Delhi's Health Secretary after allegations of a scam have emerged in pathology and radiology tests conducted in Delhi's Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic (AAMC), sources from Delhi government said.
