Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to flag off nine Vande Bharat trains, including two services on the South Central Railways (SCR) on Sunday across the nation, an official statement said on Friday.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway in Bhopal for PM Modi's visit to the city on Tuesday to flag off five Vande Bharat trains. The PM will also address BJP workers from Bhopal.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Madhya Pradesh on June 27. He will launch two Vande Bharat trains (Bhopal-Indore and Bhopal-Jabalpur) in the state capital Bhopal," CM Chouhan said.
"On 27th June, PM Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh. In Bhopal, he will flag off 2 Vande Bharat trains and will also participate in the event of BJP," MP CM Chouhan said.
"Before 2014, Railway's budget for North East was Rs 2,500 crore. Now it is more Rs 10,000 crore, which is 4X growth. All parts of the Northeast will soon be connected via the broad-gauge network. Rs 1 lakh crore is being spent on the same," he added.
