With the spike in Covid-19 cases across the country and in Maharashtra, State Health Minister Tanaji Sawant informed that the state would be conducting a mock drill on April 13-14.
As the country is witnessing a sharp surge Covid cases a mock drill was conducted district hospital in Raipur on Monday. A dummy patient was shifted to the Corona ward by putting him in a wheelchair, and then all medical equipment and machines were checked.
Following the instructions of the Central Government, the Health Department conducted the mock drills in the major cities of the states and reviewed the arrangements of the hospitals on Monday.
