The Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi on Friday ordered for framing of charges against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan and 24 others for allegedly blocking an anti-encroachment drive carried out by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) in Madanpur Khadar area of Delhi.
As per an official statement released on Thursday, in the special meeting, the Chief Minister gathered information one by one from the MPs and MLAs of Sultanpur, Barabanki, Amethi, Ambedkar Nagar, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Sonbhadra, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Auraiya, Etawah, Farrukhab

The Delhi High court on Thursday dismissed the plea of Aam Aadmi Party's leader Amanatullah Khan challenging the order of Delhi Police declaring him as a "bad character". Amanatullah Khan is a member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly and represents the Okhla assembly.
"We condemn this anti-farmer government. The compensation being given in Delhi is very less, and farmers are being exploited," the BJP leaders alleged.
