The bench took on record the affidavits filed by certain district officers concerned from Haridwar including Ayurveda and Unani officers and expressed dissatisfaction on the affidavit. It also allowed Uttarakhand State Licensing Authority to file additional affidavits.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday pulled up Uttrakhand government for not taking action against Patanjali Ayurved for violation of law and refused to accept the apology by Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna in the misleading advertisements case
Earlier on Tuesday, Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court and tendered an unconditional apology regarding the case and added that they will uphold the majesty of law and justice.
