California [USA], Mar 11 (ANI): Nvidia has confirmed that it is acquiring chipmaker Mellanox for USD 6.9 billion. As part of the agreement, Nvidia will acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Mellanox for USD 125 per share in cash.
