Meghalaya Police's Special Investigation Team on Tuesday reconstructed the crime scene as part of their investigations into the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. The murder scene was recreated by the SIT team in Sohra in the presence of the accused Sonam Raghuvanshi and three others.
"I am very satisfied with the investigation being done by Meghalaya Police. Meghalaya was defamed due to Sonam Raghuvanshi and strict action should be taken against her. I appeal to the government to award life imprisonment until death to Sonam," Sachin Raghuvanshi told ANI.
Meghalaya Police arrived at Wei Sawdong Falls of Cherrapunji on Tuesday along with accused Sonam Raghuvanshi and three others for the reconstruction of the crime scene.
The murder scene is expected to be recreated by the SIT team at a parking lot in Sohra in presence of the accused wife Sonam Raghuvanshi and other accused Raj, Akash, Vishal and Anand.
