A bomb blast inside a mosque in South Waziristan during Friday prayers injured Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) district chief Abdullah Nadeem and three others, local police confirmed, as per a report by the Express Tribune.
District Police Officer Asif Bahader told Dawn that an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast occurred at 1:45pm (local time) at Maulana Abdul Aziz Mosque on Azam Warsak Bypass Road, with the device planted in the mosque's pulpit.
In a self-made video, Rashidi said, "Targeting Muslims and issuing orders in the name of mosques is unconstitutional. This is a conspiracy to weaken Muslims and encourage hooligans. I condemn this."

"This is a matter between the person and Allah and Mulla (Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi) has no right to say in between. He (Mohammed Shami) has gone to fulfil his national duty and our religion gives the permission to do that," Raza told ANI.
