The Supreme Court on Monday did not pass any order on staying the demolition drive being conducted by railways near Krishnajanam Bhoomi in Mathura and asked the petitioner to approach the civil court with his petition.
Railway authorities have apprised the Supreme Court that demolition of the encroached portion of the railway's land near Krishnajanam Bhoomi in Mathura has already taken place.
