India and the Netherlands have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation on maritime heritage, marking a significant step toward developing the National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) at Lothal, Gujarat.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reviewed the progress of the National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) being established at Lothal in Gujarat and is set to become the world's largest maritime museum.
The world's largest maritime museum is being constructed at Gujarat's Lothal by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways will create a harmonious blend of history, education, research, and entertainment, a release said.
