District town planner Vinesh Kumar said that the commercial building of the "Sahara Family Restaurant" was constructed illegally. He said that it was the same building from where hooligans pelted stones on a religious procession.

Reacting over the Nuh violence, Congress MP Deepender S Hooda on Wednesday took a hit at the Khattar-led BJP government in the state and asserted that the Nuh violence incident had risen due to the government's administrative failure.
National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday expressed sadness over Haryana's Nuh incident, and said that whatever happened there was heartbreaking.
