The Rouse Avenue Court on Wednesday deferred the order on the bail plea of Delhi's Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with Enforcement Directorate (ED) case in connection with the alleged excise scam.
The Rouse Avenue Court is scheduled to pass an order on the bail plea of Delhi's former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in CBI's case on Friday, over alleged irregularities in the now-scrapped excise policy.
The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday reserved the order on the bail plea moved by Delhi's former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in CBI's case pertaining to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of GNCTD.
The jail officials told ANI said that Manish Sisodia has been kept in senior citizen's cell and is not sharing the cell with anyone at present. He is under CCTV surveillance.
