Tripura CM Manik Saha said the state is prioritising infrastructure and welfare with Rs 7,000 crore budgeted this year. He inaugurated 14 projects and laid foundation stones for hostels worth Rs 61 crore, while highlighting ongoing schemes for children and Divyangjans.
