A 22-year-old man died during treatment at a hospital hours after he was allegedly stabbed in Delhi's Prasad Nagar in a suspected road rage case, police said on Saturday. Four people were arrested two hours following the incident.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), North East Delhi, Joy Tirkey, "The incident took place at 4 pm on Tuesday near the Gurudwara Gali of Maujpur area."
The deceased man was found to be involved in around 20-21 cases of crime registered at the Mayur Vihar police station. He was also declared a 'bad character (BC)', a term typically used for persons with a criminal record, by Delhi Police.
58-year-old man was stabbed to death in Dayalpur by his cousin over a financial dispute, the police said, adding that the incident took place on Saturday afternoon.
A stabbing incident took place in the national capital between the intervening nights of Sunday and Monday. The Punjabi Bagh Police Station (PS) received a Police Control Room (PCR) call alerting them to the incident.
A 29-year-old man was allegedly stabbed in East Delhi's Pandav Nagar, said police, adding that two people have been apprehended in connection with the incident.
