In a shocking incident a 42-year-old man has been allegedly beaten to death in Mumbai's Worli area, said Police. Three accused have been arrested in connection with the murder which happened in the late hours on Wednesday, the police added.
According to DCP Central Sanjay Kumar Sain, "On Saturday night at 11:30 pm, we received information that a person is lying on the street in injured condition at Shadipur Village after which police reached the spot and found that the injured has been taken to hospital by locals."
According to police, they have registered a case against the accused on the basis of a complaint by the kin of the deceased who Gyanendra's cousin could identify- Bharat, Manish, Rohit, Ajay, Lalit, Azad and Kapil.
The victim, identified as Mubarak Hasan, a resident of Paduha, allegedly used to steal sugarcanes from farms. On the night of November 30, he was caught by the accused duo while stealing sugarcane from their field.
