Veteran actor Mammootty on Sunday shared his thoughts on the ongoing controversy in the Malayalam film industry following the sexual harassment allegation made by actresses and also reacted to the Justice Hema Committee report that was recently made public.
The National Commission for Women (NCW) on Saturday sought the complete release of the Hema Committee Report, following the findings of the report hit the Malayalam film industry with sexual abuse allegations.
Sarathkumar elaborated on the initiative by the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC), that led to the findings of the Hema Committee Report. She added that the report was not made public for four years and the details were made public only after court order.
