Karachi residents endured traffic problems for the seventh consecutive day on Wednesday due to ongoing protests against the recent killings in Parachinar area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Kurram district.
According to reports by Dawn, the protests followed a violent incident in Parachinar where two individuals were killed and decapitated in the Bagan area of Kurram, sparking widespread outrage.
By Thursday, the MWM had extended its protests across much of Karachi, and by 10 pm on Friday, sit-ins were still taking place at several key locations.
Following the deadly Kurram Terror Attack, the central chairman of the Majlis Wahdat-i-Muslimeen Pakistan (MWM) Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri declared three days of national mourning, Dawn reported.
