Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP and Ethics Committee member Aparajita Sarangi said that the comprehensive report regarding TMC MP Mahua Moitra's alleged cash-for-query case has already been submitted to the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Monday.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday re-notified the defamation suit filed by Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mahua Moitra, noted that the formal application under 6(17) CPC was not moved alongwith amended suit.

"Our position is very clear, this is a political conspiracy to harass and target Mahua Moitra. We will oppose any measure that government will bring to suspend or expel her," said Ramesh.

The TMC MP said, "What can I say when it was not even tabled (before the Parliament)? Had they tabled it, I would have said something. I will speak when they table it..."
