The Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 continues to flourish with a remarkable spiritual celebration as over 35 million devotees performed the sacred Amrit Snan at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday confirmed that more than 35 million devotees have taken a holy dip at Sangam in Prayagraj on the ocassion of Makar Sankranti.
The event, promoting the message of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" (the world is one family), showcased unity as participants from diverse backgrounds joined in the holy ritual, according to an official statement.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, one of the world's largest gatherings, witnessed a massive turnout on the occasion of Makar Sankranti on Tuesday, with millions of devotees taking a holy dip in the sacred waters of the Ganges at the Sangam.
